I've been going to Hair Plus for years- Kumi (the hairdresser) is great at styling and cutting hair. I recently got highlights and a hair treatment, it was done very well and my hair doesn't feel/look damaged at all.

Great service. I have very fuzzy Asian hair. I've never happy with my hair cut. It had been always something that I tolerated. But at hair plus it's the first time ever that I honestly loved the hair cut. The skills and care that was put in is highly appreciated. A hidden gem in West Perth.

I think Kumi is the best hair dresser at Perth. I relocated to Perth recently and had my first hair cut with her,big change from long hair to short. she did such a fantastic job and I will have all my hair cut with her as long as I'm at Perth.

I have never been to any hairdresser for many years! Kumi san is very professional - she made sure she knows what I really wanted. The whole session was intimate and personalised. She took her time to make sure I am satisfied with my haircut. She is so personable that the whole hour went by so quickly. She also sanitise everything every after customer. She had won me as a customer ❤

I've been going to Hair Plus since 15 years of age. Kumi-san does an amazing job every time I visit and she knows my hair very well. I love the atmosphere of the salon, very relaxing and clean. I don't trust anyone else with my hair because it just won't end up being the same. Definitely recommend it!!

I trust Kumi with my hair. She usually spend one hour to cut my hair with attention to details, diligence and care. No other hair dresser has ever spend such long time with diligence cutting my hair except kumi. My only trustworthy hairdresser in perth :) Highly recommend!

I have been coming to see Kumi-san for several years now and always love the personalised service and great cuts. Now my teenager daughter also comes and loves the time Kumi takes to discuss the cut and styling.

Have to say, today is a lucky day for me to find this hair salon.😃 Totally I love my hair cut, Perm and color. The owner is very friendly and served nice tea to me while I m waiting for hair Perm. I’ve been seeing Kumi at Hairplus in Perth for over five years now, and she is truly the best Asian hairdresser I’ve ever had — and that’s after trying many over the past 20 years living in Perth. As someone with hair that only Asian hairdressers seem to understand how to cut properly, I’ve had limited success with non-Asian salons in the past. Kumi, however, gets it absolutely right every time. I maintain a short hairstyle, which typically loses shape after 4-5 weeks, but Kumi’s cuts are so precise and well-structured that they still look great even after 7–8 weeks. She also includes a relaxing shampoo wash and blow dry with every visit, which adds a touch of care and comfort to the whole experience. As a professional, I’m so grateful to have found a hairdresser who helps me look my best. We wear our hair every day, and it plays such a big role in our confidence — so for me, a good haircut isn’t a luxury, it’s essential. I regularly receive compliments from colleagues, and I always credit Kumi’s skill and consistency. If you’re looking for a hairdresser who understands Asian hair, is highly skilled, and takes real pride in her craft, Kumi is second to none.
